What is the Fit Test?
The Fit Test is a way for you and us to get some data to understand your current fitness level.
How does the Fit Test work?
The Fit Test allows athletes to do exercises focusing on 4 key body zones, namely core zone, lower zone, upper zone and cardio zone. The Fit Test presents exercises that will test these zones in isolation so we can get a better understanding of your relative fitness.
This data is then used with artificial intelligence and machine learning to automatically analyse and predict where you are weak or strong which then gets fed into the Coach algorithm to generate unique workouts for your individual fitness level.
Can I adjust the my Fitness Level?
Yes. Use the slider to adjust your Fitness Level settings. Left is easier and right is more challenging.
How long will it take?
Everyone is different, and the Fit Test is not a race. We want you to improve with respect to your own goals, so take as long as you need. Focus on doing the exercises as prescribed, and focus on good form and movement to get the best results. In future, you will be able to retake the Fit Test and see your progress over time.
