Points
Each workout has a set number of points. Points are assigned to a workout based on it's relative difficulty and duration.
Difficulty
Workouts are assigned a relative difficulty based on the specific difficulty or exercises in the workout, as well as the repetition range of the exercises.
For example, an easy exercise like lunges
might increase the difficulty of a workout if the the repetition range is listed at 100, whereas if the repetition range is listed at 10 it may reduce the difficulty of the workout.
How long do workouts take?
Each workout has an estimate of how long it should take. Everyone is different and what is easy for you may be hard for someone else, therefore, these estimates are really just a guide. The goal is to firstly complete the workout, and secondly to do it as fast as you can.
Workouts range in estimated time from 5 minutes to 45 minutes.
