Why do the workouts have weird names?

We have chosen to name all our workouts using chemical compounds. Originally, when the founders were imagining SoSweat, they realised that the words to be used for workouts names needed the following characteristics

1. A large number of unique words to accommodate new workouts created regularly. We also considered colours, animals and insects names.
2. Words should be interesting and fun to say.
3. Words should be unique to SoSweat.
4. Words should have some relation to the SoSweat brand name.

As a result of these characteristics, the founders settled on using Chemical Compounds for workout names as there are a vast number of them, they sounds super cool and are most definitely unique to SoSweat.

Next time you do an Actinium or Californium workout, smile as you now know where the name comes from.
